Why my routine changed everything:

I was working night shifts, traveling solo, chasing clarity across time zones.
Some mornings felt heavy before I even opened my eyes.
But one thing kept me grounded: my morning routine.
It gave me focus when I felt lost — and energy when I had nothing left.
This routine didn’t just get me out of bed.
It brought me closer to the life I actually wanted.
