How to Stop Caring What Other People Think
Jul 2, 2025
How many times have you said “I don’t care”—but deep down, you still did? Maybe a rude comment from a stranger stayed with you. Maybe a colleague’s opinion threw you off balance. Maybe your family’s words echoed in your head longer than you’d like to admit. In this episode, I explore what really happens when we give too much weight to other people’s opinions. We often lose our energy, our clarity, and our personal power—without even realizing it. - You’ll hear why we care so much - How giving others’ words too much meaning drains us - Why triggers can actually be powerful invitations to look inward and grow - And how to slowly detach, come back to yourself, and act from a place of truth This isn’t about becoming cold or indifferent. It’s about learning how to reclaim your energy, listen to your own voice first, and let each trigger guide you back home—to yourself. ✨ Tune in and take the next step toward emotional freedom and deep self-trust. Stop Fixing Others — Do This Instead
Jun 24, 2025
We all want to protect those we love from pain and struggle. But what if stepping in to fix them actually stops their growth? In this episode, I talk about why letting people face their own challenges is a true act of love — even if it feels hard. We’ll explore how to support others without crossing boundaries, stealing their lessons, or pushing them away. In this episode: - Why struggling is a vital part of true growth - The hidden impact of always stepping in to “help” - How to love without losing boundaries or respect - Practical ways to support loved ones while honoring their journey Sometimes, the greatest gift we can offer is the courage to face the storm — not to carry someone through it. You’re Not Broken — You’re Just Disconnected
Jun 18, 2025
What happens when we lose our connection to ourselves? When we lose trust? We start to feel anxious, stressed, overwhelmed… We start to question everything. But why is it so hard to come back to trust? And what kind of tools can help us reconnect during the day? That’s what I talk about in today’s episode. I slowly started to find trust in life again — when I finally allowed myself to feel. To let my emotions flow through me, instead of pushing them away. In this episode: - Why losing trust disconnects us from ourselves - What happens when we try to control everything - How sitting with your emotions can bring real relief - Simple tools that help you create more awareness during the day - A gentle reminder that trust is already within you — it’s just waiting to be remembered Thank you for being here! Do Less Instead of Always Pushing for More!
Jun 11, 2025
So often, we think we have to do more in order to finally achieve our goal, to be enough, to prove to ourselves that "we made it." I’ve been there. After being in Bali, trying to push beyond my boundaries and constantly doing more and more, I ended up feeling overwhelmed, restless, and stressed. And you know what I’ve learned through all this time? Vulnerability is strength. Taking time for yourself, actively resting, and even staying a bit in your comfort zone is not weakness. It’s called self-care. So if you feel overwhelmed, if you feel stressed or if you feel like you have to do more in order to be enough, feel seen, and feel worthy— Let me remind you: everything you need is already within you. And to really hear this voice, we have to go inward instead of chasing outer success. So let`s bring back Your Power! Thank you for being here! 100 Hours in Silence: What I Learned After Chasing Success
Jun 4, 2025
From Bali to silence — why I had to pause. From the outside, it looked like I was living “the dream life.” Living in Bali under the sun, launching my first video podcast... But inside? It felt like chaos. Overwhelmed. Stressed. Disconnected from myself. Something in me whispered: pause. Even though my mind said, “You can’t take a break now — there’s too much to do!” I followed my heart. I booked the retreat. Did I feel scared? Yes. I had no idea what emotions would surface. But deep down, a part of me was ready — Ready to come home. Home within myself. In the silence, I cried. I screamed. I laughed. I loved. And most importantly — I reconnected with the part of me I thought I had lost while chasing all the things. In this episode: Why I walked away from “the dream life” to find peace within The fear and freedom of facing my emotions in silence How the retreat helped me reconnect with my true self Why slowing down can lead you exactly where you need to be 🎧 If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed even when everything seems “perfect”, this episode is for you. May 14, 2025
Have you ever felt like everything gets too much—like the noise in your head is so loud, you forget how to breathe? I feel you. In today’s episode, I’m getting deep and personal. I’m sharing the raw side of my life in Bali—the side most people don’t talk about. While it might look like a “dream life” on the outside, I’ve been struggling on the inside. With self-doubt. With anxiety. With tears behind closed doors. I open up about the negative self-talk I’ve been caught in over the past weeks and what finally made me pause… and choose silence again. I share why I decided to go on another silent retreat, what I’ve learned from past experiences in silence, and why I believe going inward is sometimes the most powerful step we can take. If you’re going through a tough time right now, this one’s for you. Latest YouTube Episode: „Think You’re Not Ready? Who Are You When No One’s Clapping?
Apr 30, 2025
If you’ve ever felt lost when life shifts, if you’re craving a deeper connection to yourself, or if you’re tired of feeling like you have to "earn" your value — this episode is for you. Who are you... when no one's watching, no one's praising, and no one's clapping for you? In today’s conversation, we dive deep into the question most of us avoid: "Who am I without the titles, the achievements, the recognition?" What remains when you strip away your job title, your relationship roles, your social status? How much of your self-worth is tied to what you do instead of who you are? How can you reconnect with your true identity — the one that existed long before the world had opinions about you? I'll share personal reflections, guide you through powerful questions, and offer gentle reminders that your worth has never been dependent on your performance. This is a conversation about unbecoming — so you can finally meet yourself again. 10 Self-Worth Affirmations – You Are Enough
Apr 23, 2025
Let’s be honest — I believe everyone has asked themselves at least once in their life, "Am I enough?" I know I have. Recently, I noticed myself falling back into that old loop of questioning my worth. Thoughts like "Am I not important to this person?" when someone didn’t respond, or "Did I say something wrong?" when their reaction didn’t match my expectations. Sound familiar? But here’s the truth: not everything is about you — and that’s exactly where affirmations can help. I’ve seen it in myself — when I lose focus, I start making my self-worth dependent on other people’s opinions, responses, or moods. But you know what? You are enough. Just because you are you. You don’t need to prove anything, do anything, or be anything more than who you already are. This episode is your gentle reminder of that truth. Tune in to these 10 self-worth affirmations and help your mind reprogram those limiting beliefs — one thought at a time. Stop Stressing Yourself Out on New Year’s Eve and Go with the Flow
Dec 25, 2024
If you still don’t know what to do on New Year’s Eve or you’re maybe unsure whether you should join your friends at the club or maybe spend the whole evening with your family—even if you maybe don’t really feel like it—then listen to this episode. I’m talking about New Year’s Eve and all the big expectations that come with it. It’s the HOT topic in December and comes back every year. The same questions pop up: What should I do on New Year’s Eve? Who should I spend it with? Where should I go? Or maybe you’re someone who doesn’t even ask those questions because the transition into a new year doesn’t feel that important to you. Yet, I still think that this evening comes with a lot of pressure, stress, and expectations for many of us. So let’s talk about it! Let’s normalize this evening and stop stressing ourselves out, thinking it has to be THE best evening of the whole year. If it’s not, it doesn’t have to be a big disaster. What do you do when you don’t have anyone to spend New Year’s Eve with? And how can you create an evening for yourself, your friends, or your family that you can truly enjoy? These are the questions I’m talking about. I’ll share why I’ve decided to spend New Year’s Eve alone for the VERY FIRST TIME, how I’m feeling about it, and how you can create a meaningful celebration for yourself if you’re spending it alone. I’ll also share tips on making space for your own wishes and needs if you’re choosing to spend the evening with family, friends, or your partner. Plus, I’ll reveal how I’m planning to spend my evening productively and the things I’ll do to set myself up for a positive start to the new year. I want to take this moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support. My podcast launched in 2024, and what started as a small vision has grown into something much bigger. Today, I’m recording in my very own podcast studio and have even started creating video podcasts! Thank you for joining me on this journey and for allowing me to be part of yours. I’m excited to share many more moments with you in 2025. Until then, I wish you a smooth transition into the new year and a holiday season filled with joy and fulfillment. Feel hugged and celebrated. Why You Should Get Yourself a Morning Routine
Dec 16, 2024
Why is a morning routine so important, and what does my personal routine look like? A question I was asked by a follower on Instagram. Since I have been dealing with this topic for almost a year now and it has changed my life, I didn’t want to keep this from you. In today’s episode, I talk about my personal experience, what I find difficult, and what helps me to stick with it anyway. I share some insights from books like *The 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma* with you, which have been particularly helpful to me on this topic, and of course, the benefits a good morning routine brings with it. At this point, I would also like to mention that every person is different. This means, take with you what you think could also work for you or adapt certain things. It should become YOUR personal morning routine that helps YOU start the day more positively and orderly. 20 affirmations for a positive start to your day: https://open.spotify.com/episode/1rf8x4yj4t9Cpd03gZ4L7D?si=aJYoV3y7SlqF7g0hRQICOg Follow me on Instagram: @larissalienhardpodcast or at @larissa.lienhard E-mail: contact@larissalienhard.com Don’t forget to rate and subscribe to the podcast so you won’t miss any future episodes. Falling Asleep in Minutes: How My Night Routine Helped Me Improve My Sleep
Nov 27, 2024
In the past, I used to struggle with falling asleep. My mind was constantly racing with thoughts that kept me busy—emotions I couldn’t let go of or to-do lists I needed to tackle the next day.
What No One Tells You About Following Your Heart

I’ll explain what the side effects of this mindset are, how reframing can help us shift our perspective, and how we can reduce stress and approach even difficult tasks with more ease. Don't forget to write me a comment about how many times you caught yourself saying 'I have to' and how the reframing worked for you :) Thank you for listening, and see you next time!

In the past, I used to struggle with falling asleep. My mind was constantly racing with thoughts that kept me busy—emotions I couldn’t let go of or to-do lists I needed to tackle the next day.
I’m sharing the raw side of my life in Bali—the side most people don’t talk about. While it might look like a “dream life” on the outside, I’ve been struggling on the inside. With self-doubt.
"I was in the top 15 in the world“ :Max
Aug 14, 2024
How can you find your true dream? What can you do when life gets in the way? How can you help yourself through difficult times? Today, let’s welcome Maxime Delpech. Max is 22 years old and a former racer. He started his career as a virtual racer at the age of 7, with the goal of one day sitting in a real race car. Through discipline, passion, and hard work, he fought his way up to become one of the top 15 simulator drivers in the world. When COVID hit in 2020, it marked the beginning of Max's big career. The pandemic allowed Max to participate in a virtual race with Esteban Ocon. In 2020, he had the opportunity to drive a real race car. With the mental support of his coach, he set 10 world records and participated in the 24h of Le Mans virtual, the biggest simracing race. After that, Max’s career came to an end. He continued his education and participated in a school exchange program. How his life looked after racing, the pressure he had to deal with during that time, and how he’s doing today – all of this will be discussed in today’s episode. I want to thank Max sincerely, and thank you for listening!
